Commodore
Jeff Reis - Appointed
The Commodore when present shall preside at all meetings of the club, and of the Executive Committee. They are the chief executive officer of the club and shall supervise the other officers in the execution of their duties.
The Commodore's flag is white bearing a navy blue cross and the Commodore has 3 gold stars surrounding the club crest on their cap.

Vice Commodore
Kris Charmley - Appointed
The Vice Commodore shall carry out the duties of the Commodore during their absence, and assist them in the discharge of the club's properties on or affixed to land and located above high watermark and shall be responsible for the direction of such committees as are assigned to them by the rules and regulations.
The following committees are response to the Vice Commodore: Finance, Clubhouse, Property Administration, Planning, Information Technology, Membership, Burgee Shop and Security.
The Vice Commodore's flag shall be navy blue bearing a white cross and their cap ornaments will be 2 gold stars.

Rear Commodore
Len Ferris - Appointed
The Rear Commodore shall officiate in the absence of the Commodore and Vice Commodore. They shall have general supervision of the club's properties below the high water mark and shall be responsible for the direction of such committees are are assigned to them by the rules and regulations.
The following committees are responsible to the Rear Commodore: Harbour and Moorage, Visitor & Reciprocal Moorage, Safety, Environment, Boat Inspections, Emergency, Moorage Allocation and Dock Electrical.
The Rear Commodore's flag is red bearing a white cross and their hat ornament is 1 gold star.

Fleet Captain
Rick Mayer - Appointed
The Fleet Captain shall supervise the arrangements for the welfare of all vessels taking part in any activities under the jurisdiction of the club. They shall be responsible for the direction of such committees as are assigned to them by the rules and regulations.
The following committees are responsible to the Fleet Captain: Cruising, Sail Training, Junior Members, NYC Boat Maintenance, Racing, Snake Island Nanaimo Regatta (SIN), Trophies and Club Delegates [including Pacific Handicap Fleet (PHRF-NW), Pacific International Yachting Association (PIYA), and the Royal Naval Sailing Association (RNSA)].
The Fleet Captain's flag is a red and blue square with a white cross.

Staff Captain
Eileen Bossons - Appointed
The Staff Captain is responsible for the measuring of all boats for moorage purposes of the club.
The following committees are responsible to the Staff Captain: Bar, Logline, Publicity, Heritage, Yearbook and Event Planning. Event Planning includes but limited to the Commodores Wine and Cheese, Executive Wine and Cheese, Commodores Ball, Bathtub Fire Works Party and the Meeting Night Dinner.
The Staff Captain's flag is blue and gold squares with a white cross.

The Secretary shall conduct the correspondence of the club, issue notices of meetings of the club and Executive Committee, keep minutes of all meetings of the club and Executive minutes, have custody of all records and documents of the club except those required to be kept by the Treasurer, have custody of the common seal of the club, and maintain the register of member.
