Commodore
- The Commodore when present shall preside at all meetings of the Club, and
of the Executive Committee. He is the chief executive officer of the club
and shall supervise the other officers in the execution of their duties.
- The Commodore's flag is white bearing a navy blue cross and the Commodore
has 3 gold stars surrounding the club crest on his cap.

VICE COMMODORE |
Vice Commodore
- The Vice Commodore shall carry out the duties of the Commodore during
his absence, and assist him in the discharge of his duties. He shall
have general supervision of the club's properties on or affixed to
land and located above high watermark and shall be responsible for
the direction of such committees as are assigned to him by the rules
and regulations.
- The following commitees are responsible to the Vice Commodore: Clubhouse, Entertainment, Bar, Trophy, Junior Members, Planning, Membership, IT; Delegate to Council of BC Yacht Clubs; Delegate
to the Marine Parks Forever.
- The Vice Commodore's flag shall be navy blue bearing a white cross and his cap ornaments will be 2 gold stars.

Bob Bollinger
REAR COMMODORE |
Rear Commodore
- The Rear Commodore shall officiate in the absence of the Commodore and Vice Commodore. He shall have general supervision of the Club's properties below the high water mark and shall be responsible for the direction of such committees as are assigned to him by the rules and regulations.
- The committees responsible to the Rear Commodore are Harbour and Moorage Committee, Safety Committee, Emergency Committee, Moorage Allocation Committee, Electrical Committee.
- The Rear Commodore's flag is red bearing a white cross and the hat ornament is 1 gold star.

Fleet Captain
- The Fleet Captain shall supervise the arrangements for the welfare of all vessels taking part in any activities under the jurisdiction of the Club. He shall be responsible for the direction of such committees as are assigned to him by the rules and regulations.
- The committees responsible to the Fleet Captain are Racing Committee, Cruising Committee, Dinghy Sail Training Committee, Snake Island Nanaimo Regatta Committee, Director to Pacific Handicap Fleet, Delegate to Pacific International Yachting Association and Delegate to the Royal Naval Sailing Association.
- The Fleet Captain's flag is a red and blue square with a white cross.

Staff Captain
- The Staff Captain shall measure overall length of boats for moorage purposes and shall supply the Rear Commodore and the Treasurer with such data. He shall be responsible for the direction of such committees as are assigned to him by the rules and regulations.The committees responsible to the Staff Captain are Publicity Committee, Year Book Committee and Heritage Committee.
- The Staff Captain's flag is blue and gold squares with a white cross.

TREASURER |
Treasurer
- The Treasurer shall keep such financial records, including books of accounts as are necessary to comply with the Society Act and render financial statements to the Executive Committee, members and others when required

SECRETARY |
Secretary
- The Secretary shall, conduct the correspondence of the club, issue notices of meetings of the Club and Executive Committee, keep minutes of all meetings of the Club and Executive minutes,have custody of all records and documents of the Club except those required to be kept by the Treasurer, have custody of the common seal of the Club, maintain the register of members.

Fleet Surgeon
- The fleet surgeon shall carry out such duties as are prescribed by the Executive Committee.

- The fleet legal officer shall carry out such duties as are prescribed by the Executive Committee.
